The Space
This unique home on the lake has all the amenities you expect from a high end lake house. 5 upstairs bedrooms including a master suite and 1 extra basement bedroom (no window). A full size and fully equipped kitchen allow for meals at ‘home’ during your stay. The outdoor space is directly on lake Erie and has outdoor dining or relaxation space during the season.
There is a bonus bedroom in the basement along with a pool table, shuffleboard table, and theater room where someone will always want to sleep due to it’s giant comfortable couch and sound insulation. 1st floor and basement laundries are available for use along with both Propane grill and a Lump charcoal “green egg” grill.
The 4 season enclosed porch is great for reading or watching the water.
